Dr. Kelley has been a senior management consultant with the Stanford Research Institute, a Visiting Scholar at the Harvard Business School, worked for the consulting division of Ernst and Young, and ran his own business. Currently, he splits his time amo
ng teaching, writing, and consulting.
Dr. Kelley is an adjunct professor of business at the Graduate School of Industrial Administration at Carnegie Mellon University. As part of his duties there, he developed a series of courses that had their premier offering at CMU.
